Sattar Jabbar Rahman

founder and CEO of the European Center for Middle East Studies, is an Iraqi researcher who primarily focuses on the social, political, and cultural structures of the Arab region. His work examines contemporary democratic transformations in the Middle East and North Africa, along with issues related to human rights, women's rights, and environmental challenges. He has published numerous studies, discussions and lectures on topics such as democracy, women's rights and the social and political dynamics of the Arab world. He has been invited to participate in various intellectual and cultural events as an expert on contemporary economic, social, political and cultural transformations in the Middle East and North Africa.
